Pricing for Talking Platforms Service

Talking Platforms is the most affordable way for resellers and service providers to get started in the VoIP services business. Please find the information below to understand how pricing is structured and the associated fees. If you have any question please contact us.

The Talking Platforms service is available in two formats:

Standard Service - This is our most popular and economical format in which we provide everything you need. This includes the white label service, our proxy domain, Talking Platforms database integration, voice termination, DID's, line porting, e911 and CALEA services. The standard service allows you quickly start your service with the least amount of support.

ASP Service - This is our alternative service for more advanced users who wish to control more of the features. With this service, you can pick and choose which services you want to control and provide. You can still have Talking Platforms provide services like voice termination, DID's, etc.. One of the main advantages to the ASP service is that you provide your Proxy Domain and the database is separated so you can easily move to your own system and be completely independent from Talking Platforms. This ultimately means you can purchase the full featured software used in our service for your own use.

STANDARD SERVICE PRICING

Standard Service setup fee = $995.00 (one time charge)

This fee represents the costs to start your service. It includes the necessary administration to setup your initial account and database. Remote training is included via phone, IM and/or remote web conferencing. Several other behind the scenes costs, regulatory charges and taxes are also bundled into this one time fee.

Termination Deposit = $1500.00 (refundable)

This fee represents the deposit on your worldwide voice termination. Since you and your customers have full access to long distance and international calling, it would be possible to create rather large bills on your service that would not be covered in the event of non payment. Depending on the size of your service and the history, this refundable fee may be adjusted in either direction.

Once set up on the system and the above fees are paid, you will have access to the following services to sell your customers and/or your resellers and distributors. These services are highlighted in green:

HOSTED PBX ACCOUNTS (Business)

This service allows your Business and Corporate customers to replace their hardware based PBX systems or start out new with VoIP. You or your customers place SIP phones on their desks and register them to your service. You resell the accounts, services and the VoIP minutes (termination).

One DID number is included with each account. One USA based 911 emergency service is included with your DID (direct inward dial) number. Additional DID numbers are purchased separately. (see DID pricing below).

Volume based pricing for Hosted PBX Accounts:

Quantity Set-up Fee Monthly Fee

1 – 500 $4.00 each $12.00 each

501 – 1000 $4.00 each $11.75 each

1001 – 5000 $4.00 each $11.50 each

5001 + $4.00 each $11.25 each

All new accounts will be charged a pro-rata daily rate to the end of the first month where it will enter a monthly billing cycle. Charges are in advance monthly.

Setup fees are one time only charges.
Monthly fee is once a month and reoccurring.

SIP TRUNKING ACCOUNTS   (Business)

This service allows your Corporate and Business customers to utilize their existing PBX telephone system or VoIP based PBX systems. You simply provide them a SIP trunk with a predetermined number of lines. You resell the service and VoIP minutes for local, long distance and international calls.

We can supply VoIP gateways for existing PBX or Hybrid Key telephone systems at additional cost.

One DID number is included with each line. One USA based 911 emergency service is included with your DID (direct inward dial) number. Additional DID numbers are purchased separately. (see DID pricing below).

HOSTED ITSP ACCOUNTS   (Residential/Home Users)

This service allows your residential and home customers to replace or add to their traditional analog phone service. You or your customers place a SIP phone or adapter on their current broadband service to allow them reduced local/long distance calling and provide class 5 services like Caller ID, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Voicemail, etc.. You resell the accounts, services and the VoIP minutes (termination).

One DID number is included with each account. One USA based 911 emergency service is included with your DID (direct inward dial) number. Additional DID numbers are purchased separately. (see DID pricing below)..

Volume based pricing for Hosted ITSP Accounts. Minimum is 25 accounts:

Calling Cards   (Pre-paid Service with pin number or Caller ID Authentication)

This service allows you to sell long distance calling cards or PIN numbers. Your customers call your access number and the system will authenticate their Caller ID (ANI) or ask for a PIN number. If authenticated, they can make long distance calls. Their balance is monitored by the billing system and deducted. You sell the Calling Card service, any associated charges and the voice termination.

One DID number is included with each account. One USA based 911 emergency service is included with your DID (direct inward dial) number. Additional DID numbers are purchased separately. (see DID pricing below)..
